SNR reset

Hi there could a plus net geezer please carry out a SNR reset on my line.

Changed to you guys about a week ago and at the moment I'm only getting around 38M.  If after this it is still slow, can someone please check the line?  If then still slow might as well downgrade to 36M.

Thanks in advance

Re: SNR reset

Hey @shaggywolfound,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Your line can fluctuate in speed and stability for the first 10 days of service, as such we'd be unable to perform any resets until after this period.

If you find your speeds are not within estimates or reaching the minimum guaranteed speed for your line after 21/11 please get back to us then and we can investigate further.

Thanks

Re: SNR reset

It has now been over 10 days and still exactly the same, so speed is currently 37Mbps max and paying for 67Mbps.  Can somone please take a look at my line?

On a side note with regards the landline, I'm now getting occassional 'pops and clicks' on the line but didn't have this problem with talk talk.
