SNR reset request

My SNR seems to be stuck at 9 could a member of digicare team please reset it ?.
All was well until my TG585 wireless started playing up, I got a defered purchase TG582 to replace it.
The TG582 was hopeless on wireless but I made it just passable by disabling reduced power mode, the other problem with it was that it collected downstream CRCs at a colossal rate, all this caused the DLM to up my default SNR.
I then got the TG585 working again by judicious use of a loupe and soldering iron.
The SNR stuck at 9 for a few weeks, four days days ago  I rebooted the router to see if this would give the DLM a kick, it didn't.

Re: SNR reset request

Thanks, I'll let you know when it happens.
EDIT
Should have looked first , it happened at 16.19
Thanks again
2nd EDIT
It also notched the upstream from 6.5 to 7 putting the upstream speed down a bit which may stop some of those upstream CRCs
