Re: SNR reset request

Hi there,
Sorry you haven't had an update, I was on holiday yesterday spending ludicrous amounts of money kitting out my new flat Sad
I'll have a look into this now and let you know what's going on.

Re: SNR reset request

thats np james just got ya ticket reply, my snr seems stuck at aound 11db which is fine during the day, but when the evenings come in i see a decrease in sync due to BT trying to maintain a higher SNR, hopfuly all goes well this sorts it
One question with the SNR reset will they reset my sync to 8128 or will i have to let it climb by manually rebooting my router every few days
Cheers Couger

Re: SNR reset request

Regarding the sync speeds, if you line *is* capable of holding an SNR of 6dB, then you should be able to gain maximum sync speeds *if* your line can hold those noise margins.

So, in an attempt to get this done while I'm away for a while I am offering an incentive. If any CS rep can get it done, without me having to keep stirring the process along there is a big (family sized) bag of Maltesers on offer, including 1st class postage Shocked

Maltesers duly arrived.
Thank you Smiley
