SNR reset request please

Is it possible to have my SNR profile reset to 6 please.

Could you also uncap the upload speed, I am on a business package and uploading files can take forever.

I contacted Plusnet by phone last week and again today about my speed concerns but no joy, all I got was the standard reply "It's within the limits, theres nothing else I can do" ,

On Friday he reset the max data rate to 7 but without the SNR being reset nothing has changed.

During the last 2 weeks my download speed has fallen from approx. 6800 to 4400 as shown in this screen capture.

 Looking for a quick resolution to this problem. Thank you.

Looks like the SNR increased due to the disconnections last week:

It's looking more stable now so I've put a reset request through, when this completes I'll place an order to uncap your upload too which should complete tomorrow.
