I'll run a line test now to see what's happening about the reset. As for the max premium I can only order that from the office in the morning and it may be Monday before it's effective.

I followed the link before and it took me to that question sorry, it doesn't matter that the router is in a microfilter into the test socket does it?

I'll pick the ticket up now. The result of the SNR request failed due to an error. I will try to request it again and see what happens.

I've not ordered Max Premium yet. I will do before I go home, but if I'd have placed it this morning it would stop me from trying for the SNR reset.

OK, Looks like the SNR reset has gone through and I have now placed an order for Max Premium.
