Your profile at this sync speed should be 4Mbps, but as this is 20CN it will take DLM around 4 days from whenever you synced at 4544 or higher.

The sync speed is now at 5300kbps for over a week but the download speed is 3700kbps is there any chance someone could give it a nudge please?

The Upstream SNRM is fine, that's precisely the sort of value one would expect on 20CN 448kbps US sync speed.
