Thanks Adam, it was around a week ago while i was still in my 10 day training period.
I was only testing because i am finding the plusnet supplied router poor with wireless.
I thought my snr would gradually work its way back to 6db, as it never thought i would ask for a reset.
If i wanted my snr moved down to 3db at a later date would it be possible, as when i was with Be i had
very reliable connection for over 2 years at 3db.
