My line was switched to 21CN, sometime in December I think, since then my Rx Noise margin seems to be stuck at around 15db. Before the switch to 21CN my noise margin was around 9db and consequently my connection speed was better than it is now. At present, although my connection is 7617 kbps my average download speed is rarely better than about 4 Mbs. My perception is that this is not as good as it was before December.
I have considered moving my product to PlusNet Premium but when I investigated that, I was told that my estimated download would be 9 Mbs. I guess it will be better when the FTTC is brought into service which I think starts next month, April.
Advice please, shall I complain about my present service, switch to a new product in the hope that this solves my problems our wait until the fibre is used in earnest?
