Can somebody explain:-
I run RouterStats lite on one of my PC's. It's normally pretty static at around 1700kbps with a noise of 16db
The 1700kbps I guess equates to the bandwidth delivered (currently with speed test its average 1.7mb).
Just recently Openreach have had a series of vans in the neighbourhood (with kit being taken into and out of the exchange).
Coincidentally Routerstats now shows (and has been showing for past week) 2752kbps with a noise of 5.8db.
Does this mean (potentially) my bandwidth could (possibly) be increased to 2.7mb?.
{simple yes/no answer will do, don't think I need to know why}

It means your target SNRM has probably reverted to normal (6dB) as your line is stable.
Your speed has increased as a result.
If there is noise on the line (interference) that will reverse.
