So I have long had problems with random loss of broadband; the router appears to restart between 0 and 3 times per day and have been told it’s not failing often enough to bother with! Anyway, closer inspection shows the well documented (on this forum) Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x3) message. I understand that this indicates a problem with the router which can be addressed with a replacement. So how do I go about getting this done?
