Anyone else had their router randomly reset to factory settings over night?
I was using my router Thursday evening over WIFI with out any issues.
On Friday morning i couldn't connect over WIFI, but standard ethernet connection was working fine. I tried again later that evening, but again no WIFI. On Saturday I powered the router off completely and back on again and still nothing. I then discovered that my router must have been reset back to factor default, as all my customisations had gone.
The WIFI was indeed working, but it was back to the standard Plusnet settings. Also things like my dyndns settings had gone.
Anyone else had this?
Should I be worried?
The WIFI Encryption was still enabled and things like remote admin were disabled, so I didn't think was anything dodgy.
Router is the standard plusnet Thompson TG585 v7 with firmware 8.2.23.0.
