Router not yet received!!!

Hi can any of the Comms guys advise. My parents ordered a new router to go with their account change to Value. Payment has been taken, but still no router.Payment was taken on the 2nd March.  I have attached the Account summary page, and as you can see this order still has no status, and when I click on order status, I get taken back to the Home Page of PlusNet  Roll_eyes
Please advise chaps

James the Helper is on Hols til Wednesday, Suggest you resort to a phone call, Plus a Weekend is not good for a question on the Forum

Seriously, thats pierre, I thought as much, but only see the parents at weekends, so thought i would see if anyone at all was around.
Will be a bit naughty maybe after the weekend and 'bump' unless a mod raps my knuckles tonight for even suggesting such a thing Roll_eyes Roll_eyes
