Router not connecting, solid amber light

Hi,

 

I have had the BT engineer out today who has made sure that my line is correct however the router is still sitting on solid amber. When I try to use the network on a mobile device it asks to sign into the plusnet network but wont accept my username and password. 

 

Please can I get help getting online
