Router connected but can't connect to internet

Set up router (new customer), light is blue, tried it with microfilter, direct to the phone socket and with ethernet cable but nothing seems to work. I seem to be in an endless loop of being sent to the login page - which says 'connected', yet I can't access the internet.

 

Phone service was activated on the 26th and Broadband was supposed to be live by midnight on 27th - is there a chance my broadband account hasn't been activated yet?

It looks like your router hadn't collected the connection details fully, I've sorted that out and you should be online very shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience.
