Hi.
The internet light which should be solid green (shouldn't it) however its currently solid red which means that the internet isn't available and yet it is! I am currently connect and writing this forum post, listening to the internet radio, downloading a load of files and deleting stuff from our amazon account - so its being canned at the minute,
Is this just a quirk and it will go back to normal - I wouldn't mind but the red light makes me think I am going to lose everything at any moment!
My stats are
Uptime: 19 days, 15:08:15
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1.191 / 24.382
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [GB/GB]: 1,99 / 1,01
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 10,3 / 0,0
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 3,6 / 4,5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 6,3 / 6,3
System Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / ----
Chipset Vendor ID (Local/Remote): BDCM / IFTN
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): -
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 1.450 / 2
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 1.037 / 7.523
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 1.155 / 198.086
Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,
Your connection looks fine, we've seen a few instances where the inter light is red and the connection remain active.
It's nothing to worry about and I'd suggest if this does bother you doing a simple disconnect then connect via your routers interface and it should go back to green.
