Request to up my upload speed?

Hi,
I'm currently receiving around 10mbps download but around 0.3mbps upload. When playing online through the xbox it occasionally gets very laggy.
Could it be the upload speed?
I remember once when I had an issue with this one of you helpful people managed to increase my upload by decreasing my download to try and ease the problem?
Any help appreciated.

Could you post your router stats to see what you are currently getting?

Are you still seeing a low upload speed? Form what I can see your upload is already uncapped.
