Request to free up a stuck IP profile

Hi,
Please could I request that my IP profile be reset to 2500k?
My bRAS profile is at 2500k but my Plusnet IP profile is still at 2000k.

My BT profile is at 11000k whereas PN is at 10000k. Don't know why PN profile has dropped as BT one has been steady for a long time now. Could PN profile be adjusted to mach the BT one please.
