Can immediately re-connect from modem management.

Hi there,
It definitely does look like the line's dropping connection. I think the best bet would be to do the usual dropping connection diagnostics, most importantly testing the connection with the router in the master socket and everything else unplugged from the line to see if the drops still occur. If not, you know it's something that's plugged into the line; if so then raise us a fault and we'll get investigating for you.
