Remove max premium

Could a member of plusnet staff please have a look at Question #104977888; and remove max premium.

I've made the change, but the BT wholesale bit didn't go through as smoothly as I'd have liked. If you notice any problems tomorrow, please let me know.

Okay; there seems to be a problem.
Synch speed 1152 kbps down, 288 kbps up
OLD synch speed 6800 kbps down and about 400 kbps up
I am on an old fixed rate ADSL profile not ADSL max.
When I migrated 6 months ago, a similar thing happened and got sorted out; thanks in advance
