Regular late and dropped packets

Hi I'm having problems with late and dropped packets. It occurs regardless of router used, computer and connection type.

My latest test is using an ethernet cable as the only thing connected to the router. The router is connected to the master socket (with integrated filter). The test summary is as follows (full results as csv attached):

Total Packet Loss: 2.05%
Upload Packet Loss: 2.05%
Download Packet Loss: 0.00%
Late Packet Rate: 8.82%

Average Latency: 121.70ms
Average Jitter: 31.94ms

Test Settings:
Duration: 180 seconds
Frequency: 15 pings/second
Average Size: 220 bytes
Acceptable Delay: 200ms

Can you help please?

thanks

Kate
