It's very frustrating, that the exchange in our town is situated at one end of town at the opposite end to all the main housing and businesses. And then there's my area just over the river from it, where the cable is routed over a medieval bridge in the centre of town 2km from the exchange. I guess there's no way BT would ever improve this
