Refreshment/Squirrelmail

Every so often (might be about 6 to 8 weekly) I can't see my emails in Squirrelmail. I click on one and it returns a blank page.
I have to send in a support ticket or telephone to request that my mailbox is 'refreshed'.
It then takes at least 4 hours for it to work correctly again.
Please can someone explain why this occurs and also why it is recurring?
It's never happened in Gmail.

Hi poppy,
This is something we've seen reported and there's a problem open that I've updated with your details. As soon as we get anything there we'll let you know, however it's a tricky one as we need to catch it when the issue is actually happening in order that we can find the error and what's causing it (as soon as the mailbox is refreshed the error disappears and we can't then find out what's going on). However I'm optimistic.

Thank you for the reply Matt. Glad to know that it isn't just me and that hopefully we will get a fix sometime soon.
