Referral Discount still not applied after 4 months

I know this ought to be in the referrals forum, but it seems pretty quiet over there . . .
Anyway, my daughter signed up (on my recommendation and giving my username on signup) on 10th October 2009 for home phone and BB, paying by monthly DD. As yet I have not received any of the 75p monthly referral values. This may be because of billing system problems in the first couple of months, this thread refers:- http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,81756.16.html.
Hopefully someone from the comms team can have a look at it.

Hi there,
You weren't added as a referral, sorted now, and tokens backdated (they won't be applied as credits 'til you're billed next month though, sorry).

Thankyou Mand - as efficient as ever.
I've had a look and the start dates are correct for both PN value and home phone, but there are 4 tokens pending for Value, and only one for home phone.
Perhaps you could check when you have a moment . . .
