Reduced stability since switch to Unlimited

I switched over to the new Unlimited Broadband service this week.  Since then there have been some stability problems it seems.
I always used to get weeks of unbroken uptime, but now am having to reboot the router once every 1-2 days.
On the previous service, interleaving and upload capping were both always OFF, with no issues.  These settings have had to be re applied this week, so the product change must be more than a tariff change, ie moved across to a new network - is that correct?
Using a Netgear DGND3300v2 router, which has no useful logs I can offer Sad  When internet access disappears, sometimes its not possible to even log in to the router admin interface.  I'm not sure why  the router would suddenly start becoming unstable when the only change is to the broadband product though.
Router stats:
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 16687 kbps 1159 kbps
Line Attenuation 28.5 db 12.0 db
Noise Margin 6.3 db 6.4 db
Speeds today are as below:

Also tried the Plusnet Broadband Fault Checker but it seems to be broken:There's been a problem

Please try using the Broadband Troubleshooter again in a short while. If you continue to have problems please contact our Support Team for help.

Would appreciate any help in figuring out where any problems might be.

Re: Reduced stability since switch to Unlimited

Hi there,
Sorry about the issues you've been having, I'm wondering if the application of interleaving might be the factor that's led to the stability issues. By the way that looks like it was applied unintentionally due to problem 73795.
I'd suggest we place an order to remove it and see if that resolves it.
Let me know if you're happy for us give that a try and I'll place an order that should go through on Monday.

Re: Reduced stability since switch to Unlimited

Thanks Adam.  I am happy for interleaving to be removed.  The "no interleaving/no upload cap" seemed to be 100% stable in the past.
Your help is really appreciated.  Smiley

Re: Reduced stability since switch to Unlimited

Its getting worse, not better.  Sad  Lost connection twice today and now the synch speed has been dropped, I guess automatically?
New connection stats;
ADSL Link                    Downstream  Upstream
Connection Speed 7360 kbps 1024 kbps
Line Attenuation         25.0 db         11.5 db
Noise Margin         15.1 db         11.0 db
I'm not sure what the changes in Attenuation/Noise indicate either.  This never ever happened in the last year.  Made zero changes here - same router, computers, no new wiring, wifi equipment, nothing.
The only change has been the switch to the new Unlimited package.  Put me down as not very happy!

This will be a fault, rather than the new package Sad

Re: Reduced stability since switch to Unlimited

Another spontaneous disconnect in the small hours of this morning Sad
Each time there is an unexpected disconnect and reconnect, Internet access stops working even though the router says its connected.
The only fix seems to be to manually repeat the disconnect and reconnect, or reboot the router Sad

That sounds not unlike a faulty router.
