I was due to go live with plus net yesterday however, all the lights are green apart from the internet one which is red. I have tried to reset it, i have logged onto my router in a browser and nothing works. This is extremely annoying as i have not had this issue with previous supplies.
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the connection of your router and I apologise for the frustration caused. I have now reconfigured your account and changed some settings, I can now see an active working service through the router.
