Hi. I changed my password recently. Today the internet connection dropped for no reason and turning off/on didn't work.
I pressed the little black button to reset the modem and now green broadband light but red Internet light. However I can't log into my router using browser.. Nothing happens. Is there anyway you can reactivate it at your end? I've been having very varied download speeds... Between 2mb and 12 intermittently for past few weeks so suspect router settings need a tweak...
