Red Internet Light
I currently have a red internet light, my phone line was installed on Friday and my broadband was due to go live on Saturday the 9th before midnight but I have not any confirmation email or text. All of the other lights are red, I have a 2704n router.
I've done the recommended checks, is there a way to check if it is an activation issue? My order also seems to be stuck on my account.

If there is an open broadband order on your line it will show at the bottom of the results screen along with the expected completion date.
If there is no open order on the line then it is probable that something has gone wrong with the broadband order that needs sorting by Plusnet's provisioning team.
