Hi Chris
Just to let you know that the upstream SNR fault that mysteriously disappeared a few weeks back has returned. I've added a note to question 67064995. I suspect its not worth investigating unless it gets worse though, what do you think?

Thanks for posting back to let me know how things have been.
I agree at the moment, I'm going to keep hold of the ticket again for a week or so and see how things go. If things started getting worse, I'll be on hand to get this looked at again.
