Recent line speed issues

Recently my speeds have been fluctuating. Hoping its an easy fix as I cant be bothered with too much hassle. Cheesy
Have attached btspeedtester results and here is router stats.

OK, Ignore most of that. Seems the problem must be wireless. My wired and wireless used to give similar results but it looks like my wireless is dodgy. Everything on wire looks normal!!

Perhaps try changing the wireless channel of your router.
InSSIDer is good for viewing what networks are in your area. Most routers can auto-pick what they consider to be the clearest channel based on what they detect around them, but that doesn't necessarily match which channels are congested elsewhere in your home. Choose the best from 1, 6 or 11.
