Recent internet drop-offs and much lower speed than usual (interleaving-related)

Hi
so we've been getting disconnects fairly frequently since late December. Plusnet support said they're turning on interleaving to try to fix this. My worry is how badly this will affect latency for gaming, and also whether this will improve our speed which has dropped from 15-17Mbps to 2Mbps since the trouble started.
Many thanks
Mark

Hi, doesn't look like it's helped with the drops in connection:

Definitely pass that back to our faults team and let them know it's still unstable, that needs fixing.
Hopefully once it's done you'll be back to the previous line levels, i.e. previous speeds and not needing interleaving.

Thanks Matt, yeah it doesn't look good. I'll get back to the faults team, though they only messaged me about the change yesterday, so perhaps it's not been actioned by the supplier yet?
Will see how things progress.
thanks
