Hi,
In the last fours days or so, websites have been occasionally not loading.. i.e google.co.uk, microsoft.com. Hitting refresh sometimes solves this.
It seems changing the computer DNS to OpenDNS or google solves the issue. Is plusnet having DNS issues or is it some other kind of issue?

This issue has been kicking around for a while now.
It's not clear whether the problem is with PN's dns or with the TG582n routers dns relay.
You could test using plusnets dns in the PC's network settings and see if that brings back the issue -- if it does then it's not the router.

Based on the symptoms I've seen I'd say it's more likely a local router issue.

That said, I haven't done any thorough systematic testing to prove that, I see that as something for PN to do given the number of times it's been mentioned.
