Been on PlusNet now for a few months, and after a short while where speeds were great, its now been getting slower and slower.
This is the latest speed trap
http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3514210798
Its rather dissapointing that its getting to this.
BTW Test:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 24.11 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 60 Mbps-74.84 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 74.84 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 5.48Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps

Hi there and sorry to read about the issue you've mentioned.
I've just been running a few checks and diagnostic tests and can't see any obvious issues.
I'd proceed with raising a fault: http://faults.plus.net
Just to mention though, I note your connection seems to drop at approximately 5.10am each morning. Is that anything you're doing/aware of?
Wanted to mention that in case it's a symptom of a potential fault perhaps:
