Really lousy speeds, and on the 21CN trial

Hi All,
I hope that someone can help me out on this one, here are my stats from my router:

As you can see these stats are really lousy, can anyone recommend anything at all, I have a high-speed belkin cable (RJ-11), and also one of those BT faceplate add on plates as well, can't remember what they are called at all though, the router is a Linksys AG041.
Thanks in advance for any help, I also have a belkin router, but if I connect that my total output power drops down to 12 and my sync speed drops to 878kb.
