I've been loving Plusnet so far. Very reliable, never dropped connection, very friendly customer service and an all round good deal, however the past week or so my broadband speeds have been terrible.
I've gone from a solid 17Mb/s down and 1Mb/s up to a really quite bad 7~10Mb/s down and less than half of 1Mb/s up, and I'm not sure what's changed.
My PC uses a wired ethernet connection and the only other device regularly connected to it is my android on wifi, which is not using any data.
I've run through the standard troubleshooting, and nothing has improved my speeds, so is there any way to check if there's a fault anywhere on my connection?

You mentioned 4mb up which, as far as I am aware, can't be achieved with ADSL.

Hi @Rapthorne,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing poor speeds at the moment. I've tested your line today and the test is indicating that your line is currently syncing at around 18mbps but there's a high number of underlying errors. For reference, today's test result is as follows:

It appears that the SNR margin is set too low for the length of your line at the moment. I've adjusted this now. Please monitor your connection over the next few days and let us know if the performance doesn't improve.
