Really Slow Broadband Speeds Today - Help Please?

Hello,
Since yesterday - around midday, my broadband speed has been significantly slower than usual. Emails take forever to send and receive, and websites are taking ages to load, if they do at all. Video's on Youtube buffer forever.
I have tried turning my router on and off several times. I've also unplugged the router and tried it in a different socket. Nothing seems to work unfortunately.
Please can you help me out? I could do with getting back up and running at my normal speeds asap please?

Yeah, can do. Anything specific you'd like me to do to help monitor? It still seems slow right now.
Would turning my modem on or off help at all?

Hi Mathew,
I've monitored my internet over the past 24hrs, and it's not much better, if at all unfortunately. Webpages load incredibly slowly, and text emails take ages to download. I can't even download any small pdf's or images.
What can we do to get the speed back to normal asap please? I need to send some work sent to clients soon, so the sooner I get it fixed the better. There's no way I can send large files via WE Transfer at the moment.
Please let me know if you need any more info from my side.
