Hi we are having the same issue it keeps disconnecting and resolves when i re login to the the hub manager ☹ We only joined monday 25th so not a great start

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

Having reviewed your account I can see that there were some teething troubles in terms of the router authentication when your account was first activated, but this now appears to have settled down. Looking at your connection, its been stable for the last twelve hours and reported no drops/reboots/authentication issues.

 

Could you confirm what you're seeing from your side?

Hi yes we lost connection with orange and red yesterday evening and again first thing this morning

Hi it went off again last night and first thing this am. I shouldnt have to keep logging into to hub manager to reactivate the broadband , like i presently do. If im out of the house and it happens then my family have none until i return.

Hi galaxy 2011,

 

It looks like the router failed authentication last night. If that keeps randomly happening and only gets resolved when you login and update the details then there could be an issue with it. I'd try a factory reset if that keeps happening.
