Rate My Service

I am trying to remember to fill in the 'Rate My Service' page each month in the hope that I might be lucky enough to win the free broadband for a year prize.  Is this still going on and if so, how many prizes have been issued so far?  How long is it set to run for?
I only raise the topic to bring it to customers' attention as it is easy to forget.  Wondered if a reminder might be appropriate?

Yep - I'm still issuing the prizes. I've done 4 or 5 to date and made some customers very happy!
We are planning to ramp up our efforts round the survey next year, but even at the moment the feedback is proving very helpful.
