Random disconnections..
Good evening,
Im hoping some one can give me some help, for quite a while now, i have been getting discconected from the internet at random times, it then takes about 2-5 minutes for the router to re-connect.
I have opend many tickets in the past few months concering this issue, some of which i closed others of which did not solve the problem..
Would it be possible for a plusnet employee to check my line/connection and try get to the bottom of these disconnections, as its becoming VERY frustrating now, i moved to plus net because i wanted a stable connection for gaming...i am no longer recieving this and want it solved ASAP!
Please let me know what info you require as i didnt want to paste lots of router stats not knowing what they are for.
