Random Re-Syncs on Router

Hi all,
Ok here we go,about a month ago now i called BT to come and sort out a little problem  i had,in that i could here my neighbour on the phone line (when we were both on at the same time),anyway BT came out and put a brand new line in from the exchange to my house, fantastic re-synced my router @ 6400 !!!!!!! and it stayed there for at least 3-4 weeks, then all of a sudden constant re-syncs,yesturday 3 in the space of 20 mins,my profile has now dropped from a constant 5500 to 4500,now why after all this time has it just started to do this i wonder as there has been NO equipment change whatsoever at my end.
So plusnet what have you got to say about that then ....  Angry

Re: Random Re-Syncs on Router

Re-syncs involve your router and the DSLAM at the exchange which is owned by BT Wholesale. BT Wholesale are Plusnet's agents but Plusnet have no direct control of that part of the connection.
I suggest you raise an intermittent connection fault ticket at http://faults.plus.net; the Plusnet faults team will investigate and involve BT Wholesale as required.
