Hi,
I have a problem when try to access my private internal server
when I try to access from my internal network my own server via public ip, it keeps timing RANDOMLY out.
I have opened a ticket but Iam stil waiting for a response so thought I would give this a go.
Thanks

Have you set the server a static IP address
Can you advise a little more on your setup so we can advise more accurately
What Operating system are you using
What router is currently in use
What software are you running on your server
Are you trying to access the server via WiFi or Ethernet
Can you advise a little more on your setup so we can advise more accurately

YES

Server is attached to my router via cable. I seem to have random time outs when try to access the server while on the same local network.
What Operating system are you using
Linux - Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
What router is currently in use
TP Link WDR4900 - I had the same problem with the standard router
What software are you running on your server
Debian - Webmin version 1.675 - Virtualmin version 4.04.gpl GPL
Are you trying to access the server via WiFi or Ethernet
YES

Just had a completely useless answer from customer support.
"Unfortunately we do not support private internal servers." I know you dont and I dont want you to support my server I want you to support my connection.
