would it be possible for someone to switch to plusnet from madasafish and retain their @totalise.co.uk email address?
As far as i know the @totalise emails are a part of madasafish which in turn is a part pf plusnet.

Hi pint,
I switched from MAAF to PlusNet 12months ago and was able to keep my @globalnet.co.uk email address.
I still check my webmail via the MAAF login page.
Hope this helps.

Hi pint,
You should be able to keep hold of your old address and the best way to do this would be to call the Customer Options team and let them manage the switch between accounts for you. As long as you make it clear that you wish to retain the @totalise.co.uk address it should be fine.
The Customer Options team's direct number is 0800 013 2632
