Thank you. I am pleased to say that the throughput speed for download has now come up to 50mbps which is great.I will monitor it for a while but looks as though the problem has been solved. A shame the first engineer wasn't as diligent as the second one.
Thanks to the Plusnet team once I posted a chaser here things have happened in timely and helpful fashion.
