Question about updating package

Hi, not sure where to put this. I've just updated my plusnet package from value to extra. Extra will come into play on my next billing date. However I haven't received email confirmation of the change and wanted to know how do I check that my package will be updated ok?

Have a look at your closed tickets, it is probably in there.

Hi tommyc and welcome to the Plusnet community forum.
Your order has been received and will activate on the 6th September. Your order has also only gone through once(I've updated your ticket too.)
In regards to notification of the product change, this is something we are currently in the process of implementing to notify of the change.
If there's anything else then just let me know.
