Wondering if there's anyone about who can give me an update on question please.

Also, how do I go about getting refunded for loss of phone, BB and even when BB is working its at a speed less than half agreed minimum speed.

Hello,

Can you be more specific about the loss of service?

Are you using high speed fibre?

Has the phone line died completely?

How have you checked the BB speed?

Up to what speed were you expecting?

Is there any pattern to the loss of phone/ BB?

To obtain a refund you would need some hard evidence to back up your claim I expect.

@Overscore This is the Community Forum, and under normal circumstances all the 'help' boards are monitored and responded to by the Plusnet Help Team, who are PN staff.

Since the start of the current state of the country (CV19) they have been thin on the ground, but are now starting to appear again

I'm confused - if you check back prior to CV19, you will see they were actively posting.
