Can someone from Support please respond to the above question? It's for one of my neighbours who is currently getting speeds of only 0.17mb downloads and is struggling to even browse and can't get even on www.plus.net to get in here. Looks like a possible line problem. Broadband fault was raised on Thursday night and still no update from Support. One of my other neighbours (also on PlusNet) is also getting very poor speeds and it struggling to get on BBC website.

Yes thanks but unfortunately it took me having to go onto chat on my neighbours behalf to get something done. I think 5 days for a question to go with no response whatsoever is very poor.
