Had 2 disconnections to day both times losing phone as well and no tone, had 4 yesterday as well doing the same thing, can't even use the phone it keeps having really quick cuts in tone today as well, tried using the phone and got cut off twice.
I am wondering if it's what some one said to me with the high resistance that it's more then likely to be a faulty connection at the top of the telegraph pole.
EJS if you have nothing useful to say then don't post any thing in future and close the door behind you thank you.

If you have problems with the phone, then that needs to be reported to the provider of your phone service, which you said is not Plusnet. Fixing the phone fault should fix any impact it is having on the broadband.
