Just tried to raise a ticket - apparently you have to raise a broadband fault from the members centre, you cant just raise a ticket, spoke to CSC said since mine doesnt drop below 400kb it isnt a fault  Angry Sad Huh Embarrassed Lips_are_sealed Undecided Cry

Yep, they're quoting the specifications of a speed fault in line which the BT product, which they are perfectly correct to do so.
Whilst I am fully aware of the ongoing problems that are being seen by many, I would use yesterday as an exception to the rule as Patch Tuesday is normally the busiest day of the month.
