I have had my FTTC installed on Thursday.(ticket nr.#42998424)
If a member of plusnet is about could I have a profile update please...

BT speedtester result:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 6234 Kbps

Since it's weekend you could try calling the CSC to get your profile updated. I think they know what to do.
