Profile change?

Had an engineer out to visit for the second time today, he installed new lines externally to my property and assured me everything with fine and my line was capable of getting the full 80mb download.
All speed tests are coming back at 40mb download 18mb upload... can an admin check my profile to make sure the profile has been reverted back to what it was originally so I can received my full 80mb download.

Hi Luke,
I've just updated your Speed Profile for you. If you could restart your router, you should start to see your speeds improve.
