The profile is matched at the moment, however I'm aware that it's much lower than usual at 9100kbps.
Diagnostics show a potential copper joint fault on the local network.
We'll need to deal with that via the faults process for you, I'd recommended doing that by raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net then drop us a reply on here when you have, dropping me a PM would be good to as that will be flagged up in my email as I want to make sure we get an engineer to deal with that without the need for a visit.

Just letting you know that your fault has been linked to a more widespread issue in the area. Tasks have been raised for the line to be inspected (as per the issue I mentioned in my previous reply) the lead time for such tasks is usually 3 working days.

Glad she was in for the engineer as we were not expecting one
